Raiding Info

   As of right now there are no set time frames. Raid times will be determined based on the availability of all the raiders. Once the Schedule is set, it maybe altered or changed but notice will be given and will appear on the in-game calendar.

   We have 2 types of raiding groups available.

1.) Progression Raiders- Core group.

        This group is REQUIRED to attend all raids posted for this group. There is a minimum of 3 days a week for raids, more will be posted if the group as a whole feels the need to push passed a certain spot and would like to progress further into the instance.

        If you have an emergency and cannot make a raid you must notify an officer to let us know you cannot make it, either in-game or mail from the website.

       Because we rely on this group for progression, any member who signs up and doesnt show 3 times, will automatically lose their spot as core and be replaced. They will also be demoted to laid back raiders where they will be put on probation. In order to be bumped back up to core, they have to wait for a spot to open, if it does they have to be online every core raid day to show they are there for back up if needed. They will be aloud to raid in the laid back raiders group but if they sign up for those raids and not show, they will no longer be able to raid at all and be moved to member status. This is so the raid group doesnt have to constantly wait for people who sign up, its unfair to sign up for a raid and just not bother logging on. If you sign up, make sure you can 100% can be there or please put ur self as "tentative". That way I can gage on who we have available for the group.

2.) Laid back Raiders

        These raiders play as backup if a core member doesn't show or can't make it. They also have their own group for raiding and tend to go a little bit slower due to so many members being switched out. These members arent required to raid but MUST show up if they sign up. Any raider who signs up for a raid and doesnt show (or notify an officer that they couldnt make it) 3 times,  will be moved to member status and will ONLY be aloud to raid if were people short.

All raiders must be on time, fully repaired with enough flasks to last at LEAST 4 hours of raid time. Raids will usually last 3 hours but we might push it another hour if everyone can stay. Showing up to raids prepared is the same as showing up at all. Members who show up unprepared will lose their raid spot for that raid and marked. 3 marks and they will be moved to member status.

We do like to have fun while raiding but its unfair to make the whole raid wait for you because your lagging behind, or just dont even bother to show up. Please make note of the required Guild add-ons and have them installed prior to raid time. You can download them from this website if you need to.

Loot Rules

Loot will be distributed by Council. When an item drops, you need to whisper the Raid Leader that you wish to have that item and then it will be discussed with the council who deserves it more. Members who are on time, come prepared, and bring their A-game to raids will have a better chance to get what they need first. Its also based on how many items theyve previously received. New members need to show their commitment  before receiving items unless the rest of the raid either already has it, or doesnt need it.

Requesting Raiding Status

         Members

Members who would like a raiding status needs to message or in-game mail Delaila, notify all days and times your able to raid, specify which group you would like to be in. Also, which spec you would like your main and off spec to be.

        Applicants

Please specify which group you are interested in as well as all days and times your able to raid. You may not be able to be accepted into the core group due to lack of experience but laid back group has no pre-reqresets.

Heroic Groups

All raiders will be placed into a set heroic group, for the time being all raid times will be set as heroic group time. To get geared, as well as learn basic cataclysm mechanics. Heroic groups are required to be in before you can raid.
